Refund Policy

New Reduce merchandise may be considered for a return whether the reason is non-defective or a product problem. A change of mind or unsuitable option is eligible when the item is unused, in its original condition and accompanied by packaging and components. We also assess damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different goods.

Thirty-day request period

Within 30 days after delivery, email minecrafttrainsyt@gmail.com to request a return or exchange. Share the order number, checkout email, reason and preferred resolution. For a problem item, keep packaging and include clear photo or video evidence if available.

Return instructions

Contact and approval are required before mailing. We will provide the correct return destination; the General mailing address is not automatically a returns site. A free prepaid label comes inside the package. If it is lost or missing, contact us for assistance. Eligible use of the label has no fee, and no restocking fee is charged.

Replacement or refund

Approved exchanges are offered when inventory permits. Once a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. The provider may need additional time to show the credit. Non-waivable rights are not affected.
