How can I compare the selection?

How long does shipping take?

Preparation after authorization is normally 1–2 business days, and estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. The Shipping Policy explains the two periods.

Are preference returns allowed?

Eligible new and unused products can be requested after a change of mind or mistaken selection. Goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed can be reviewed as well. Contact us within 30 days after delivery.

What is the return process?

We initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days. Your bank or other provider may post it later.
